Ne’matullah Ulfat (born 1963, Kashan) is an Assistant professor of MU’s Department of Law. He received a Bachelor's degree in "Law" from Mofid University in1995, a Master's degree in "Private Law" from the University of Qom in 1998, and a PhD in "Private Law" from the University of Tehran in 2011. He also started seminary courses in 1981 since 1988 and has been participating in courses of Advanced Islamic Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (Kharej-e Fiqh and Usul) for over 20 years since 1988.
