Mohammad Habibimojandeh (born 1965, Meshkinshahr) is an Associate professor of MU’s Department of Law. He received a Bachelor's degree in “law” from the Higher Education Center in Qom, affiliated to the University of Tehran in 1989 , a Master's degree in “International Law” from Allameh Tabatabai University in 1998, and a PhD in “International Law” from Shahid Beheshti University in 2005. Besides academic studies, he has also participated in various seminary courses.

Among his honors are the selection of his translations of "Perspectives on the Development of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights" and "The Status of Palestinian Refugees in International Law" as praiseworthy works in 2009 and 2007, respectively.
