Hossein Jafarifarani (born 1961, Isfahan) is an Assistant professor of MU’s Department of Law. He received a Bachelor's degree in “Law” from Mofid University in 1995, a Master's degree in “Criminal Law and Criminology” from the University of Tehran in 2000, and a PhD in “Criminal Law and Criminology” from Imam Khomeini Research Institute and the Islamic Revolution in 2017.

He also started seminary courses in 1982 and has participated in courses of Advanced Islamic Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (Kharej-e Fiqh and Usul) since 1990.
